Contacting us is simple, we speak English, and we even answer the phone ourselves…
Sales enquiries.
If you are currently NOT a customer, and have an enquiry about our services that has not already been covered on our website, (Sales enquiries only) then please use the second tab labelled “I am not a current customer”
Existing customers.
If you are currently a customer, and have any enquiry at all such as billing queries, problems with your web hosting, domain name questions, need help with your reseller account or dedicated server, then please use the third tab labelled “I am an existing customer”
Social networking.
While we do have accounts @ face-book, twitter, Linked-in and YouTube, we do respectfully ask that customers do not use social networking websites for technical support, due to the nature of the information that needs to be disclosed. We do not regularly check social networking websites for comments as all queries come directly to us, here on our website or via telephone, so please treat the social networking websites for what they are, a bit of social enjoyment
