Customer Services & PHP system upgrades

Dear all

This is to let you all know that over the next few days we will be having our customer services systems updated to eliminate several minor bugs and introduce some new functionality.

If at anytime over the next few days you are unable to login to your client area due to it being closed for maintenance, simply check back anytime after 12 hours have passed and everything should all be back online.

At the end of October, we shall also upgrade all servers to PHP5.2.11
