OutPosted is an easy-to-use tool that enables you to monitor web pages for changes, and have them emailed to you when they are updated. It offers several different options, that allow you to fine-tune the monitoring results (e.g some changes, many changes, any changes etc.) on a per-site basis. The notification is sent as formatted HTML message that contains the complete, updated version monitored page.
The program supports IE cookies, SMTP authentication and customizable check intervals.
