Next, click on the "View details" button beside the account you wish to modify and you will be presented with all the details for this account, and underneath these details you will see the "Upgrade/Downgrade" button. Click on the Upgrade / Downgrade button and this will now present you with a listing of all available hosting packages that you can upgrade or downgrade to, and the monthly / annual payment options which you can select using the drop down box, then simply click the "Click to continue" button under the package you wish to upgrade or downgrade to and follow the on-screen instructions and make your payment. Once an invoice is paid, your account will be changed instantly. If you have any problems with this then you should notify us straight away by raising a customer services support ticket or telephone us so we can talk you thought it. Important notice regarding downgrading Please be aware that if downgrading your account, we will check to see that the level you have downgraded to will cover your usage for the month, and if it does not, then your downgrade order will be cancelled without notice. We check 2 things to ensure your downgrade is suitable: 1: Current daily usage. If your account is using 1GB of traffic per day, then downgrading from a 30gb plan to a 20gb plan is clearly not acceptable, and a downgrade will be cancelled.
