Frontpage Meta Tags for Search Engines
To add Meta Tags to your frontpage pages:
(Frontpage 2002 - others may be similar)
Inserting Keyword Meta Tags to describe your pages to the browser.
1. Click on File | Properties.
2. Click on the Custom tab.
3. Under User Variables, click Add.
4. In the Name: text box, enter Keywords.
5. In the Value: text box, enter words or phrases describing your page
Inserting Description Meta Tags to describe your pages to the browser.
1. Click on File | Properties.
2. Click on the Custom tab.
3. Under User Variables, click Add.
4. In the Name: text box, enter Descriptions
5. In the Value: text box, enter words describing your page in a sentence
