Customer Services and Complete account management

We accept payments for most services by:

1. Solo
2. Visa
3. Maestro
4. MasterCard
5. American Express
6. PayPal invoice
7. Google checkout
8. Bank transfer / Standing order
9. Cheque / Bank draft / Cash (Hand delivered)

Please note: on all 50MB accounts, payment is not monthly.

Please also keep in mind that any "Paypal Subscription" payments made that are incorrect, will NOT be refunded. If your not sure what your doing with PayPal then please use a Credit/Debit card.

Payments for dedicated servers and reseller accounts will NOT be accepted by PayPal. If you DO pay an invoice for a dedicated server or reseller account we will refund the payment and remove payment from your account, setting your invoice back to "Unpaid"

Dedicated server customers are required to have a valid card on file at all times.
