@ WESH UK We have our own DNS cluster. This means that no matter what server your website is on, your DNS name servers will always be the same and will never need changing.

Our name servers are:

> NS1.WESH.CO.UK
> NS2.WESH.CO.UK
> NS3.WESH.CO.UK

Every customer will receive this nameserver information in the welcome email sent out when they signed up on our website.

For domain transfer's our IPS TAG = ENOM

If you are initiating a domain name transfer then you should have your hosting account setup in advance with us then set your domain names "Nameservers" to ours BEFORE you change your IPS TAG, but please do NOT change your TAG to ENOM without first ordering a domain name transfer. If you would like us to take care of your domain transfer for you then please contact us or give us a call and we will be happy to assist or advise you making the transition as smooth as possible with no website downtime.
