Your welcome email

By now you should have received your "Account Details" email with everything you need to get you started. If your not sure about any of the information enclosed then please ask us, were here to help.
At the beginning of this information you will find some general info about your account such as "Server Name", domain name etc. This information will be needed if you open a support ticket online via our website or if you need to call us.
Your Website Control Panel

When you log into your website control panel for the first time, please ensure that you update your contact email address from the very top line in your control panel. If you do not keep this up to date then you will not be able to reset your password if you lose it.
Familiarise yourself with your website control panel, read the instructions we have laid out in the Cpanel section carefully and spend some time playing with your Cpanel untill you are comfortable using it as it plays a key role in the life of your website.
You should also take the time to watch our tutorial videos as these will explain how everything works and how to use your Control Panel.
Setting up Email Accounts

Start thinking about what email accounts you are going to require for your website. Once you know what email address(s) that you want to use you should log into your cpanel using the details sent to you in your welcome email and click on the "Email" icon to setup your email.
More and more people are avoiding generic email addresses now due to spam so you may want to be a little creative with your email accounts.
