If you purchased a web hosting account/domain name for a friend/customer of yours and now wish to transfer the hosting/domain name to them for payment, then simply follow this simple procedure. If your customer/friend already has a billing account with us then this will be a very easy straight forward process, but needs to be requested via a customer services support ticket for our billing. One of us will then transfer the hosting account or domain name to the requested person upon telephoning and speaking to them to confirm this is satisfactory. If they do not have an account with us, they will first need to register with us here: https://www.wesh.co.uk/customer.services/register.php to create an account, then we can transfer the required packages to their ownership. We can not and will not transfer packages to customers who we cannot contact and verify the approval of these actions with either, and although it says “My client”, the same applies to customers needing separate accounts. |
