Updating your account information

In order to update your billing and domain name account information you will need to login to your client area of our customer services via the "Client area" link from the customer services link inour main menu and login to your account & select "Update My Details" to manage your information. Due to security and privacy reasons, we cannot accept account information updates via phone, helpdesk or email so the online secure account section must be used. NOTE: It is VERY IMPORTANT (i.e. required) that you as a customer maintain accurate and up to date contact information with our company at all times as stated in the Terms of Service. Email is primarily how you will receive important information concerning your account, renewal notices, etc. If we cannot reach you due to an invalid email address, then you may miss your account renewal reminder and your website may be suspended if it is not renewed before the annual renewal date. Your contact email address must not be part of the domain hosted with us! It is also worth nothing, importantly, that you should also keep your "Contact information" held within your cpanel (Website control panel) updated too, as this is where your website warning and notifications are sent to, directly from our servers. |
