If you want to change the password provided to access your website control panel (cPanel) then the best way to do this is to login to our customer services client area from the link at the top of the page, then go to "My hosting packages" and click on View/change details" for the hosting account you want to modify.

You will now see the "Update password" boxbelow the hosting account details so you can simply enter and confirm your new password and click on "Update". Thats it.

By doing this from our customer services, you ensure that its done securely, and that all records of your control panel password are kept up-to date, however, you can also do this directly from within your website control panel too.

Simply login to your control panel (cpanel) and from top section there is an icon labeled "Change Password". Click this and follow the on screen instructions to change your control panel password.

You will be asked for your current password in order to change it to a new one, and doing it this way will NOT syncronise your control panel password with your control panel password stored in your secure billing, so you may want to tell us the new password if you change it directly from within cPanel.
