How to setup an email account in CPanel

From the main page of cpanel you should click on the icon called "Email accounts" in the mail section, in the next screen you will only need to provide 3 things, the first part of the email address you want to create, a password for this email address and to specify your web hosting quota that you want to allocate to this email address

[NOTE: the default is 250mb, but this should be changed to however much of your actual allocated web hosting account space that you wish to allocate to this email address]

If you want to make the email account for a subdomain, on the right of the email section click the drop down box and select the subdomain instead of the main default domain name. (This only works if you have setup sub-domains already, otherwise move on)

The password box is where you will input the password for this email account. You should always use a combination of letters and numbers to make your passwords more secure, and we would recommend using the cpanel password generator to provide a secure password, please do NOT use words that can be found in the dictionary, common names or other such easily guessable passwords!

Now, click Create at the bottom of the page and it will take you to another screen that has all the information for the email account. Your new email account is now created and ready to begin accepting email.
