Restoring files from our CDP backup:

All of our shared servers, and customers on dedicated and VPS servers who have purchased off site CDP backup space can login to Cpanel and click on the icon "R1 Soft" found in the "Files" section which will open your off-site backup in a new explorer style window where you will see the last 10 backups taken (5 days worth) along with the date and time stamps of when each backup was taken.

You can now browse the backups by clicking on the + sign next to each item in the left hand window until you find the files you want and simply put a tick in the box next to the files or directories you wish to restore and then in the right hand window, click the "restore selected files" to begin the restoration of the files.

For MySQL database restores, including individual tables, you will need to raise a helpdesk ticket telling us exactly which database needs restoring, and if applicable, the table names to be restored. The more information you provide, the quicker and more accurately we can attend to your restore.
