Changing your credit/debit card

If you wish to change or update your credit/debit card on file, you will need to login to your client area here in our customer services section and click on the "My details" link on the main menu and you will now have access to the "Change credit card details" link. If you wish to use the new credit/debit card to pay your next invoice, then you will need to ensure you update your card details before the invoice is generated, otherwise pay the invoice manually with the new card to prevent payment attempts from the previous card. To update your card details on file, simply click on the "My details" from your client area main page when logged in, and enter your new card details in the lower half of the page. This will then overwrite your previous card details (Only if you enter a valid credit/debit card) ALL renewals for web hosting accounts are due on the first day of the month either annually or monthly depending on your preference when you signed up. Invoices are sent out 24hrs in advance of the 1st of the month, with 3 warnings after the due date is reached on the 7th, 10th and 14th day before account suspension on the 14th day after invoice due date is reached. If your account builds a track record of constant late payments, we reserve the right to suspend your account within the first few days of being overdue. |
