Debit card renewals not working

From February 2008, our payment gateway (ProtX) have now disabled the use of all Maestro and Solo cards for recurring billing (Automated renewals).

This means that if you have either a Maestro or Solo card on file with us for your account renewal payments, we will NOT be able to collect your payments and you will need to either login to your billing each month/year and pay your invoices manually within the 7 days from invoice generation, or change the card on file to a credit card such as Visa or Mastercard.
