How do I cancel my account

If you wish to cancel any of your services with us, its very straight forward.

Simply raise a support ticket here within your customer services client area, selecting the accounts and billing category no less than 24 hours before your renewal invoice is due to be raised (24hrs in advance) to inform us that you no longer wish to continue with your selected web hosting package and we shall prevent its renewal for you the same day.

You should already be aware that ALL invoices for renewals are generated 24hrs in advance of the 1st of the month which is why you must tell us 24 hours before the invoice is raised.

If your invoice has been generated, we do expect you to pay it and your credit/debit card will be charged if you have not requested cancellation before your renewal invoice is generated. (Thats 24hrs+ notice before the 1st of each month)

THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK. ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN INVOICED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

If you wish to cancel everything and transfer your domain name to another company then you would be advised to do this at least 30 days before your domain name is due for renewal to allow sufficient time for the transfer to be completed before paying your renewal fee to the new registrar.

If there is anything your not sure of then please do ask us in good time. There is NO charge for canceling your account, no silly admin fee's or domain transfer fee's. If you wish to leave, we shall make it as easy and painless as possible for you, but if you have an invoice outstanding then you will be expected pay it.

 

****PLEASE NOTE****

If your invoice is for the renewal of a FULL 12 months hosting, we will adjust this for you down to 1 month (Minimum of £4) so that you will NOT be charged the full 12 months. We CAN NOT delete an invoice but we can adjust the value of an invoice so if you do have a 12 month renewal due, don't panic, just ask and we will adjust it to 1 month for you to settle.

We DO NOT expect you to pay for a full 12 months hosting if you wish to cancel.

PLEASE DO NOT RAISE A SUPPORT TICKETS REQUESTING INVOICE CANCELLATION AFTER IT HAS BEEN RAISED, YOUR TICKET WILL SIMPLY BE CLOSED AND WE WILL POINT YOU AT THIS ARTICLE, AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU AGREED TO UPON JOINING US.

BEGGING, BLACKMAILING, THREATS TO LEAVE WILL ALL BE REMOVED FROM SUPPORT TICKETS. WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU, THE LEAST WE ASK IS THAT YOU READ THE INFO WE PROVIDED TO BEGIN WITH THAT YOU AGREED TO AND KEEP YOUR END OF THE DEAL. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN RENEWALS.
