Once your order has been received, your account will be screened for fraud. We do not delay account signups and you will receive your full account details once your order has been processed. Once your account is activated, you will receive a welcome email from WESH UK with your relevant account information & usernames/passwords We will NOT activate new accounts until it has been screened for fraud and payment is received, that is, until: If your a new customer and have waited many hours for your account information and have checked your antispam to find nothing there then we may be holding up your account creation while investigating a possible fraud or we may be trying to telephone you on your landline telephone number. (Please login to our customer services client area and verify you have provided the correct telephone number) As part of the ordering process, we require that your billing address you provide us with matches the address for your credit/debit card and that your internet IP address matches your country/city of your billing address (We check EVERY order carefully). If your order has been held up then it is very likely that it is being checked for fraud or that your internet IP address at the time of the order did not match your billing country which would indicate to us that somebody is using your credit/debit card without your permission and this is why we telephone every new customer on their UK landline only to confirm an order. If your account setup has been held up for more than a few hours then please do contact us using the link at the top of every page or telephone us and ask why. If you are an existing customer, you orders will never be held up and will be processed straight away. |
