Can you tell me in particular do you have the GD library installed?

Do your UK Web Hosting servers support URL re-writing via apache or .htaccess?
Yes, our servers are configured to allow you URL re-writing in apache via .htaccess.(Mod rewrite is enabled)

I am considering ordering php5 hosting. Could you tell me which version of MySQL will be available?
We are now using MySQL 5, and also have MySQLi on all of our servers.

Can I add additional file extensions - *.svg and *.psvg - to allow me to serve SVG content and Mime types?
Yes, this is pretty straight forward and can be done using your web site control panel's Apache Handlers function.

My site uses a remote MYSQL database which is in my office. is it possible with your company?
Yes you can use a remote MySQL server if you have your own but it can put your data at risk if the connection is not secured.

Can I connect to my MySQL Databases remotely from my own computer?
No, we do not allow any incoming MySQL connections at all, to ensure the integrity and security of customers databases from poor or badly maintained desktop security and/or people using infected computers to then access our servers.

Is InnoDB enabled on your PHP5 Web Hosting servers?
Yes, InnoDB is enabled on all of our php5 servers.

I am considering ordering one of your UK Web Hosting packages but can you tell me if you support UW-IMAP?
Yes, all of our UK Web Hosting accounts email configurations are UW-IMAP configured.

Do you support PgSQL with PL procedural languages for PostgreSQL?

No, we don't allow any form of IRC software on our servers due to the lack of security and heavy resources they cause.

Do you have Cpanel in Spanish on your servers?
No, all of our servers are configured with Cpanel in English only.

Do you allow hyip/autosurf sites to be hosted here.
No, we do not want anything to do with these scams and pyramid schemes.

Questions about payments, ordering and account transfers.

Do you support seamlessly upgrading hosting packages without any downtime or moving sites or DNS?
Yes, all account upgrades are seamless and require NO DNS changes or downtime.

May I ask if I transferred to your hosting service could I pay by cheque instead of credit card?
Yes, we do indeed take cheque payments but only for annual payments, not monthly.

We need a dedicated IP for an SSL certificate. How much is it?
We can provide you with a dedicated IP address for £36 per year.

If I transfer my domain name to WESH UK, do I have to pay to transfer it away later if I want to leave?
We DO NOT charge our customers to transfer domain names away from us EVER.

What is the minimum number of months for hosting? If i wanted hosting for one month is that possible?
You are free to cancel at any time but we do ask that you tell us 24 hours before renewal is due.

I ordered a new hosting account but it hasn't been activated yet, what's taking so long?
Check your anti spam or "bulk" mail folders as most issues are caused by anti spam software or we may be trying to call you to verify your order, so please ensure you have provided a land line number, not a mobile number..
