If you wish to cancel any of your services with us, its very straight forward.
Simply raise a helpdesk ticket for our accounts/billing no later than 24 hours before your renewal invoice raised (6 days in advance) to inform us that you no longer wish to continue with your web hosting package and we shall prevent its renewal for you the same day.
You should already be aware that ALL invoices for renewals are generated 6 days in advance of the 1st of the month which is why you must tell us 24 hours before the invoice is raised.
Once your invoice has been generated, we do expect you to pay it and your credit/debit card will be charged, if you have not requested cancellation before your renewal invoice is generated. (Thats 7 days notice before the renewal is due on the 1st of each month)
If you wish to cancel everything and transfer your domain name to another company then you would be advised to do this at least 30 days before your domain name is due for renewal to allow sufficient time for the transfer to be completed before paying your renewal fee to the new registrar.
If there is anything your not sure of then please do ask us in good time. There is NO charge for canceling your account, no silly admin fee's or domain transfer fee's. If you wish to leave, we shall make it as easy and painless as possible for you, but if you have an invoice outstanding then you will be expected pay it.
****PLEASE NOTE****
If your invoice is for the renewal of a FULL 12 months hosting, we will adjust this for you down to 1 month so that you will NOT be charged the full 12 months. We CAN NOT delete an invoice but we can adjust the value of an invoice so if you do have a 12 month renewal due, don't panic, just ask and we will adjust it to 1 month for you to settle.
We DO NOT expect you to pay for a full 12 months hosting if you wish to cancel but if your account has already been suspended then it has already been online for 14 days into the month of suspension so paying for that 1 month is hopefully a fair deal for everybody.
****INVOICES AND PERSONAL INFORMATION****
Before or just after you have cancelled your account, please ensure you have a copy of ALL of your invoices as you will no longer be able to access them once your account is closed and deleted. When an accout is closed, we will remove ALL of your personal information and delete your entire account in order to ensure maximum protection online from any data collection where you may lose or disclose your login details to others putting your data at risk.
