Flexible, simple and comprehensive email and web mail for your web site and your blackberry instant email service. Every email account you create will instantly have its own web mail facility and offers a choice of different web mail programs to use online.
You can also forward you email to any email address you choose, whenever it suits you. All email facilities @ WESH UK are Blackberry compatible, and we DO NOT charge extra for web mail.
Catch All Email Forwarding (Blackberry compatible)
This feature allows you to forward ALL email from yourdomain.co.uk to any email address you choose, for example a hotmail or yahoo.com address. Some use this in conjunction with add-on domains so that everything sent to mywebsite.com will go to mywebsite.co.uk where people own both .com & .co.uk
Please note: We do not host the instant email/blackberry service. You will need the instant email service from your mobile phone provider and a blackberry handset then you can simply setup your blackberry to retrieve your emails directly from your web site (Via your mobile providers blackberry web site).

Add / Delete / Manage Mail Boxes
This feature allows you to add mail boxes to your account. A mail box stores mail on our server until you download it using an email client like Outlook Express, and you can also now use "aging" on your mailbox so that any email left on the server can be automatically deleted once it reaches a certain age.
Email Distribution Lists
Email distribution lists allow you to have a simple form on your web site that your users can subscribe or unsubscribe their email address from. You can then send an email to all members of the list using our simple system. Please see our knowledge base on operating mailing lists.
Email Auto responders (Blackberry compatible)
This feature allows an email address on your web hosting account to automatically respond with a specific message with any message you specify.
Anti SPAM software (Blackberry compatible)
Spam assassin software uses special technology to strip out junk mail before you receive it, this feature also allows you set an address to send the junk mail to so that you can check this address to ensure only junk mail is being caught and is regularly update over the internet from spam databases worldwide.
We use Spam Assassin to block out & filter SPAM as this updates from the internet regularly.
We also have an aggressive anti spam facility called "Box Trapper" which holds all incoming emails until the sender verifies that they sent you the email from their valid email address. This only requires each person who sent you email to verify themselves just once in order to have all future emails delivered.
Box Trapper is NOT enabled by default due to its aggressive filtering and customers may prefer some guidance before activating it which we are happy to offer if you are not sure.
Email Filtering System (Blackberry compatible)
This is another way to combat SPAM or to simply apply simple rules to incoming email so that you can for example tell the server that any email that arrives with the subject of [VIAGRA] to delete it. This helps to severely cut out or reduce the amount of un-solicited email you will receive and you would be amazed at how even a few simple filters can almost halt all junk mail.
