Please now be aware that owing to several complaints already, our previous helpdesk has now been re-instated and all customers in need of technical support from our helpdesk must use our previous helpdesk. We shall NOT continue to use the "My Account" ticketing system at all and will be removing all tickets created soon to update our knowledgebase with. Our helpdesk is here: http://www.wesh.co.uk/helpdesk We do apologise for the confusion to any new customers since August who were sent out welcome emails detailing help/support at this location but sadly we have reverted back to our more popular helpdesk at the URL above and you will need to first click on the "Register" icon (Bottom right) so that you can login to raise tickets. This does however mean that anybody from your organisation can open tickets, not just the account owner. |
