Automated card payments

Dear all

This is to let you know that we are mid way through rectifying the problems with our automated card payments, but it will still take approximate 2/3 weeks to have this issue rectified, so when our automated billing goes out again this month, customers will need to login and pay invoices manually again.

Customers will also notice that stored card details do not require any CVV numbers (Which is the part of our system is being worked on) but customers should currently view invoice then pay manually following the on screen buttons.

DO NOT USE THE “USE CARD DETAILS STORED ON FILE” because this will not work at the moment, you MUST use the “Use the following card” and enter your card details. You will also need to ensure that your address matches the card statement address too as this can also cause payments to fail. Any customers who still have not paid invoices from last month, please telephone us so we can take payment over the phone.

New billing centre

Our new billing centre is now live and is called “My Account” Everything our customers need can now be found in their “My Account” section which now deals with all billing and account management.

The following have been implemented/changed:

  • We are now accepting cheques as payment again.
  • Customer email invoices are now sent out with a .pdf attached.
  • All emails sent out to customers are now also kept in your billing too.
  • Customers can add extra authorised contacts to deal with their accounts. 
  • Customers can update/change their DNS from their account management.
  • Manual Credit/Debit card payments are now working again and have been tested.

All customers should now be using the “My Account” section of our website for all billing/ordering and to obtain your login details you will need to use the “Request password reminder” facility because all customer passwords have been reset.

Once you have logged in, please ensure that all domain information we hold is correct, and be sure to place your credit/debit card on file with us again to ensure no disruption to service.

Also, as part of this change, we have discovered a large number of invoices that have never been paid, so over the next few months, customers may find that these invoices have now become “Due” and are awaiting payment.

All future orders can now also be placed using our new ordering cart allowing multiple purchase’s in one swoop instead of having to go through our ordering system over and over again here:

Helpdesk restored to previous version

Dear All

It has become apparent that our new billing systems built in helpdesk ticketing is proving somewhat un-popular so before we receive any further complaints, we have re-instated our previous helpdesk and shall continue to now function our helpdesk from www.wesh.co.uk/helpdesk

Any tickets that have been opened in our new “My account” section will be addressed in our knowledgebase by converting non-private issues to proper articles then deleting the tickets, so please do not be alarmed if you see some tickets vanish from our new “My Account” section.
