WESHSRV039 - Problems

Dear all

We are currently investigating and working on WESHSRV039 and will have everything working as normal again very soon. We shall update this announcement again when everything is back online. There is no need to open any helpdesk tickets at the moment if you are experiencing issues with anything on this server at all until after we have resolved this issue.

WESH UK - Helpdesk upgrades

Dear all

This is to let you all know that on Friday 11th January, we will be commencing work to upgrade our helpdesk, and as a result of this, our online helpdesk will be closed from 10pm Friday night (11th January)

This upgrade will also bring improved functionality and we will also be able to offer remote desktop support to show you how to do things, along with live chat similar to MSN messenger but all this will be announced officially once this work is completed.

We expect this work to only take a few hours and our online helpdesk should be back online again by Saturday morning, however should we encounter any problems, we may keep our online helpdesk closed during the day on Saturday to ensure full working order.

Any customers needing help and support should use our telephone number and contact us by telephone while our online helpdesk is being upgraded.
