We have once again updated our billing area to provide more clarificationon newly generated upgrade invoices and to ensure that when customers do upgrade hosting packages, the renewal dates will now remain the same.

For the few customers that brought this to our attention, many thanks for your feedback, and we shall be re-adjusting your renewal dates soon putting them forward to the next 1st of a month giving you a little extra free time.

We have also included 10 new SSL certificates into our billing area for easy purchase which will shortly be announced once ready for public purchase

Those of you who pay us by PayPal may have recently experienced some problems in paying invoices and not having your invoices marked as paid. If you still have a PayPal invoice that shows as outstanding, but have paid it, please contact us immediately so we can resolve this for you.

This problem was caused 100% by the meltdown of the PayPal IPN system as can be found here:

As you already know, we call absolutely everything relating to your account management “My Account”, and are always looking to make improvements, so once again, we have upgraded your “My Account” to include some further functionality.

Domain name improvements

We have now introduced automated syncronysing with all registrar database’s to ensure that your “Next due date” on all domain names is set to the actual renewal due date to avoid a lot of the confusion caused previosly by us wanting to renew your domains early for you. All domain names we hold for you will now be updated, and every domain is syncronised once a week.

Private nameserver registration and EPP Code Retrieval have now also been implemented for all customer domain names.

Other improvements have also been made around our account management, but mostly these are for our own use, to ensure we can continue to provide you with up-to-date fantastic service.
