Dear All
From 10pm tonight we will be rebooting all servers. This includes all shared servers and customer dedicated servers to bring into effect the new server kernel updates (Operating system upgrades)
Customers will experience only a few minutes of downtime as each server reboots gracefully.
If anybody has any questions or problems, please do contact us immediately.

Dear WEB002 customers.
During the upgrade of the server software this evening, WEB002 crashed and had to be rebooted, upon rebooting it, apache wouldnt start so the apache software is currently being rebuilt right now.
We will have this server back online again within the next 30 minutes and will provide further updates here in this post to save any of you having to raise tickets asking whats going on.

21:45 > Server back online and recovered from crashed apache build due to faulty script on 1 customers account which has now been suspeneded prior to restarting the upgrade shortly. More info to follow if need be.
21:55 > Server load now coming back down to normal from the suspended account that was causing the problems to start with, within the next 5 minutes everything should all be calm again.
22:30 > Everything is now settled for the last half an hour so the aforementioned upgrades will be re-started.
23:00 > Rebuild and upgrade now completed and all went perfectly well. Any problems or questions regarding this then please do let us know.

Just to let you all know that with immediate affect from today, we will be upgrading all servers with work beginning today to upgrade:
This should not be regarded as a major upgrade and in testing this has broken nothing at all, in fact several things previously broken are now working fine in PHP5.2.6.
