24/7 Monitoring
We monitor services on all VPS's using our detailed monitoring system. By default we monitor 6 key services with an optional upgrade which monitors up to 22 services.
24/7 Monitoring resolution service
If our monitoring system detects any problem it will alert us immediately. Following this we will react by working to resolve the problem proactively without any request or intervention from you.
Proactive support
Our pro-active management package is included as standard with all VPS's. An upgrade is available as an option to our Proactive management package which is more 'hands on'.
Real time bandwidth graphs
All bandwidth usage is logged and available to see in graphs covering custom time periods.
