How much do you charge for your web site design services?
It depends on what you want! A dynamic web site design or a design where a lot of advanced programming has been used will cost you more than a simple html web site. To be honest you would be better with a simple site, it will cost you a lot less and a simple design will be easier to get ranked well.
Do I need to use a web design company that is local to me?
No you don't! Everything can be done over the internet or the telephone. We only design web site's for people in the UK, but we do meet our local clients regularly. Our door is always open to anyone who would like to speak to us face to face but we rarely visit anyone outside London, Croydon or Surrey, this helps to keep our affordable web site design prices low!
Why should I use your services and not another company?
We provide a one to one personal service and are friendly and accommodating. We are always available by phone or email to answer your questions 7 days a week. Are there any hidden charges for design or optimisation?
No! Once we have all the information about your requirements you will be given a price and that price will stand firm for both the web site design and the optimisation's, if required. The only time a given price would change is if you want more pages or further development of your web site or 60 days have passed since the quotation.
Can I see the design while my web site is in development?
Yes! Once the design for the main page has been completed it will be uploaded to our servers for your approval. After approval the rest of the web site will be developed and you can view it at any time you want.
Can I modify the design or text content once it has started?
Yes! The main page will be uploaded for your approval. If you want changes made to the design we can do it then or at any time during the first 30 days after completion without extra charges.
How long will the design of my web site take?
A lot depends on what your requirements are and how quickly you can supply us with the information for your web site. It could take anywhere from 14 days to 6 months, but we don't make promises we can't keep, A small web site of less than 5 pages can be completed in under 14 days.
How much do you charge for updates?
If your unhappy with your current designer, or simply don't have the time to update your web site yourself then we can help you. We do not charge for any web site updates so long as you have an SEO agreement with us. This allows our customers much more flexibility than others and no extra fees to worry about, otherwise we charge by the hour.
What screen resolution will you design my web site for?
Whatever screen resolution you would like. Most people have their screen resolutions set at 1024 x 768 but some do still use 800 x 600 so that's the resolution we would usually design a web site for, however we can adjust pages if needed or requested by our clients.

We can be contacted about our web site design services from the contact us page. After you have contacted us, we will arrange either an informal meeting with you or a telephone consultation if you are outside London, Croydon or Surrey and its surrounding counties to discuss your requirements.
